測試能力

新能源汽車動力系統(tǒng)正沿著多檔位、高集成方向發(fā)展。宜賓豐川動力科技有限公司引進(jìn)電驅(qū)動總成測試臺架，目前已調(diào)試完畢并正式投入使用。電驅(qū)動總成測試臺架可測試驗證的內(nèi)容包括：性能匹配標(biāo)定測試、轉(zhuǎn)矩轉(zhuǎn)速特性測試、持續(xù)及峰值轉(zhuǎn)矩和功率測試、效率MAP測試、可靠性測試、拖拽扭矩測試。

汽車級控制器產(chǎn)品在應(yīng)用過程中，不斷經(jīng)受自身及外界氣侯環(huán)境和機(jī)械環(huán)境的影響，但仍需要能夠正常工作，這就需要實驗設(shè)備對其進(jìn)行驗證。豐川動力配備測試實驗室，可預(yù)判產(chǎn)品在使用過程中可能遭遇的各種環(huán)境，并選擇對產(chǎn)品有危害性的最惡劣環(huán)境進(jìn)行模擬測試。

豐川動力擁有先進(jìn)的智能型電機(jī)綜合測試系統(tǒng)、恒溫恒濕試驗箱、鹽霧試驗箱、冷熱沖擊試驗箱、快速溫變試驗箱、烘烤箱、耐壓測試儀、紅外線測溫儀、影像測量儀、磁編碼測試儀等各類測試設(shè)備，可以測試產(chǎn)品在不同溫度、濕度、鹽霧、氣壓、風(fēng)力、雨雪霧等自然環(huán)境條件下的性能以及在使用過程中發(fā)生沖擊、振動、跌落等條件下的可靠性。

Yibin Fengchuan Power Technology Co., Ltd. has introduced an electric drive assembly test bench, which has been debugged and officially put into use. The content that can be tested and verified on the electric drive assembly test bench includes: performance matching calibration test, torque speed characteristic test, continuous and peak torque and power test, efficiency MAP test, reliability test, and drag torque test.

During the application process, automotive grade controller products are constantly affected by their own and external climate and mechanical environments, but they still need to be able to work normally, which requires experimental equipment to verify them. Fengchuan Power is equipped with a testing laboratory that can predict various environments that products may encounter during use and select the most hazardous environments for simulation testing.

Fengchuan Power has advanced intelligent motor comprehensive testing system, constant temperature and humidity test box, salt spray test box, cold and hot shock test box, rapid temperature change test box, oven, pressure tester, infrared thermometer, image measuring instrument, magnetic coding tester and other testing equipment, which can test the performance of products under different natural environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, salt spray, air pressure, wind force, rain and snow fog, as well as the reliability under impact, vibration, drop and other conditions during use.
